Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging.

Eligibility for Returns

•       Product must be unused, unopened and in original sealed packaging

•       Original invoice or order confirmation must be available

•       Product must not be damaged due to misuse

•       Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of personal care products, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons:

•       Opened or used skincare products (serums, gels, creams, oils)

•       Opened or used haircare products (shampoos, oils, serums)

•       Opened soaps and bathing bars

•       Products with broken or missing safety seals

•       Sale or clearance items marked as final sale

Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

•       Order number

•       Photos or video of the damaged/incorrect product

•       Photos of the outer packaging/shipping box

Once verified, we will offer a free replacement or full refund - your choice.

How to Initiate a Return

•       Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions

•       Pack the product securely in its original packaging

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

•       Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

•       Refunds are credited to the original payment method used

•       For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI

•       Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product or variant, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

•       Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, please follow the return process instead.
