Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes in India.

Delivery Timelines

•       Mumbai & Thane - Same Day Delivery available on orders placed before 5 PM

•       Rest of India - Standard delivery within 3 to 5 business days

•       Remote locations may take 1-2 additional business days

•       Orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of confirmation

Shipping Charges

•       Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499

•       Standard shipping charge of ₹70 applies on orders below ₹499

•       Same Day Delivery (Mumbai & Thane) charged at ₹70 regardless of order value

•       Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may carry an additional handling charge as shown at checkout

Order Tracking

•       You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS immediately after placing your order

•       A shipping confirmation with tracking number is sent once your order is dispatched

•       Track your order anytime using the tracking link provided or by visiting our Track Order page

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). During sale periods or festive seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Attempts

•       Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2-3 times

•       Please ensure someone is available to receive the order, or provide accurate delivery instructions

•       Undelivered orders due to incorrect address or unavailability may be returned to origin

Cash on Delivery (COD)

•       COD is available across most serviceable pin codes in India

•       Please keep exact change ready for the delivery executive

•       A nominal COD handling fee may apply as displayed at checkout

Please double check your shipping address before confirming your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
